 Total Time: 20 minutes

 Calories: ~160 kcal per serving

 Ingredients

  • 1 small seedless watermelon, cut into thick 1-inch rounds

  • 1 cantaloupe, scooped into balls or sliced

  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

  • 1 cup strawberries, halved

  • ½ cup blueberries

  • ½ cup raspberries

  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented

  • ½ cup green grapes

  • ½ cup red grapes

  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds

  • 2 tbsp honey (optional, for drizzling)

  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

  • Long wooden skewer or cocktail picks, for serving

 Instructions

1. Build the Watermelon Base:

  • Slice watermelon into 2–3 thick, round discs (about 1 inch thick each).

  • Use a round cutter or knife to trim into progressively smaller circles to create tiered layers.

  • Stack the watermelon layers from largest to smallest to form the tower base.

2. Decorate the Tower:

  • Arrange cantaloupe balls or slices around the bottom tier.

  • Layer kiwi slices, strawberries, and orange segments on the middle tier.

  • Top the tower with a colorful mix of blueberries, raspberries, and grapes.

3. Final Touches:

  • Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the entire tower for a sparkling, jewel-like finish.

  • Add fresh mint leaves for a burst of color and aroma.

  • Drizzle lightly with honey if you like a touch of natural sweetness.

4. Chill & Serve:

  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for a refreshing bite.

  • Serve with skewers, toothpicks, or small forks for easy grabbing.

 Tips & Variations:

  • Add star-shaped melon or dragon fruit cutouts for an extra fun twist.

  • Swap in seasonal fruits like peaches, cherries, or mango slices.

  • For added crunch, sprinkle toasted coconut or chopped nuts just before serving.
