Refreshing Watermelon Lemonade

Ingredients:

4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed

1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)

½ cup honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)

2 cups cold water

Ice cubes, as needed

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Lemon or lime slices, optional for garnish
Instructions:
1. Blend the Watermelon:
Add the watermelon cubes to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
(Optional) Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother, pulp-free texture.
2. Mix the Lemonade:
In a large pitcher, combine the watermelon juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and honey or simple syrup.
Stir well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
3. Add Water & Chill:
Pour in the cold water and mix to combine.
Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity to your preference.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and let the flavors meld.
4. Serve & Garnish:
Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour in the chilled watermelon lemonade.
Garnish with fresh mint, lemon or lime slices, and extra watermelon chunks if desired.
