Healthy Green Smoothie


Ingredients (1–2 servings)

  • 1 ripe banana 🍌

  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks 🥭

  • 1 cup fresh spinach 🌱

  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice) 🥛

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (or flaxseeds) ✨

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional) 🍯

  • Ice cubes (optional, for thickness) ❄️


Method

  1. Add almond milk to your blender first (helps blend smoothly).

  2. Add banana, frozen mango, spinach, and chia seeds.

  3. Blend until creamy and smooth.

  4. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup.

  5. Pour into a glass or jar, top with extra chia seeds or granola, and enjoy!
