🌶️ Hot Chili Chicken Burgers
🔥 Spicy, cheesy, and loaded with flavor – these homemade chicken burgers with chili-infused buns and a crunchy nacho twist are perfect for Iftar or any time you’re craving a kick!
🥯 Chili Burger Buns (Dough)
Ingredients:

250 ml lukewarm milk
-
7 g instant yeast (1 tbsp)

30 g hot chili sauce
-
1 medium egg
-
475 g all-purpose flour
-
8 g salt (1 ⅓ tsp)
-
40 g nacho chips (finely ground)
-
30 g unsalted butter (softened)
Method:
-
Mix lukewarm milk, yeast, and chili sauce. Let sit for 5 min.

Add egg, flour, salt, and ground nacho chips. Knead into dough.

Work in the butter until smooth and elastic (8–10 min kneading).

Cover and let rise 1 hr (until doubled in size).

Shape into buns, place on tray, cover, and proof another 30 min.

Brush with egg wash, sprinkle crushed nachos or sesame seeds.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–18 min until golden.
🍗 Spicy Chicken Patty
Ingredients:

500 g ground chicken
-
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
-
1 tbsp garlic paste
-
1 tsp paprika
-
½ tsp chili flakes
-
½ tsp cumin powder
-
Salt & pepper to taste
-
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
Method:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Shape into burger patties.

Cook in a pan with a little oil, 4–5 min each side, until fully cooked.
🧀 Assembling the Burger

Split chili buns.
-
Layer with lettuce, chicken patty, cheese slice, onion rings, and extra sweet chili sauce.

Top with crispy nacho crumbs for crunch!
