Salmon with Lemon and Dill 🐟🍋

A light, flavorful baked salmon dish!

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill (or 1 tablespoon fresh)
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat & Prepare:

    • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Season the Salmon:

    • Drizzle with olive oil & butter.
    • Sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and dill.
    • Top with lemon slices.
  3. Bake & Serve:

    • Bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
    • Serve with steamed veggies or rice!
